This is a feature that is locked out in recent Canon DSLR's. AFAIK, no way to determine without sending the camera to Canon. There have been a few posts about this, not sure if Magic lantern will tell you shutter count. Shutter Count is also on iOS (so if you have an iPhone or iPad). For Windows there’s EOSmg (have read it’s $5). DSLR Controller has had Shuttercount for android (not sure if it still has that feature).
